Did you know that radiation toxicity is enhanced by aluminum? It’s true. Aluminum isn’t just found in cookware and baking trays, but also in our food and water. This metal is incredibly toxic to our brains and promotes the harmful effects of radiation waves.
Aluminum is a contributing factor to Alzheimer’s disease, along with other toxins in our food and water. Even cholesterol-lowering drugs and various medications can impact our minds, memories, and brain development, potentially leading to Alzheimer’s. Our modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, cell phones and ear buds are also damaging to our brains and bodies.
Is there a way to prevent this toxicity? Yes.
First, eating fresh organic foods helps, but chemtrails rain down nanoaluminum, making it essential to use water filters that can remove metals and fluoride. Reverse osmosis filters are effective in eliminating many toxins and metals from our water. However, this is just one step in reducing toxins, preventing cancer, and protecting our brains.
To minimize EMF toxicity from Wi-Fi, consider using shungite, which has been shown to reduce EMF emissions. Hardwiring computers is even better but often not feasible. Turning off Wi-Fi at night is a simple method to reduce exposure time.
Additional protective measures include using cloth woven with fine copper, creating a Faraday cage effect around your bed. Carbon cloth curtains and special paints can also help block EMF, though more research is needed to confirm their effectiveness. Various pendants, necklaces and other items claim to offer protection, but their efficacy is still being investigated.
The newest EMF technologies used worldwide significantly increase cancer risk. How can we combat this? According to Dr. Martin Pall, an expert on EMF, the toxicity of 5G is linked to a substance called peroxynitrite.
Can we prevent this substance? Yes.
By blocking the enzymes that produce peroxynitrite, we can reduce its toxicity. Here are some recommendations for protecting against EMF toxicity:
- Reduce Aluminum: Take Zeolite daily, separate from other foods or nutrients, to help remove heavy metals from the body and brain. Other binders like chlorella, coriander and spirulina are also effective.
- Stop Xanthine Oxidase: Use cherry extract (two capsules daily), which also helps with gout.
- Block Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase: Take Nicotinamide (Niacinamide) at 500 mg/day.
- Reduce Peroxynitrite: Add N-acetyl cysteine (500-600 mg/day) as part of the glutathione peroxidase enzyme.
- Add Selenium: Take 100-200 mcg/day to support glutathione peroxidase.
- Replace Trace Minerals: Use humic acid, Shilajit, or fulvic acid daily to replenish minerals lost during metal detox.
P.S. Interestingly, trees help reduce EMF and provide oxygen. Studies show that EMF levels drop significantly around trees. So, spending time in the woods, hugging a tree or sitting with your back against a tree are all effective EMF-reducing methods. Building a tree house might be a great idea!
